The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi. The breakfast was tasty and served in a cozy restaurant. The hotel provided support during an accident and even helped with translation at the police station. A pleasant stay overall.

Repairs and furniture are old.

This place had a superb location, right near attractions and in the middle of a market, which gave us the chance to explore street shops and try various food options. The rooms were nice and big, which was great as we were waiting around for an evening flight. There was plenty of room and even showers at the pool, so we were able to shower after we checked out. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, providing us with excellent service. They were always available for any questions or needs we had.

There were a few instances where there was some noise from people yelling outside the rooms, but it didn't last long. Other than that, this place was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to my family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff in the lobby were incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to make me feel welcome. The bell boys were extremely helpful, giving me great recommendations for places to visit and assisting me with my bags. They even saved me some money by making sure I got the right taxi to the airport. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with plenty of space and a lovely bathroom. I also appreciated being able to leave my bags securely in the lobby while I explored the city. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby and the Red Bridge within walking distance. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, very close to Hoan Kiem lake, great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering sushi, Vietnamese cuisine, toast, eggs, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, offering me a parting gift which was a nice gesture. The bed was super comfy and the room was tidy and modern with a laptop provided which was very convenient.

our stay at boss legend was fantastic! the upgraded room was luxurious and the fresh fruit plate was a nice touch. the breakfast had a great range and the view from the 11th floor restaurant was amazing. the staff were accommodating and the location was excellent.

Fitness room was too hot.

The room at Boss Legend Hotel was amazing! It felt so cozy with either hardwood or carpeted floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I loved the private bathroom which had a bath, shower, and a hairdryer. It was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Hanoi.

The only thing I didn't quite like was the deep soaking bathtub. It's just not really my cup of tea, but I'm sure others may enjoy it.

The hotel had a lot of facilities for us to use during our Xmas stay, which was great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the spacious rooms with comfortable beds. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was close to some key tourist attractions. Lastly, one of the things we appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff.

One of the major disappointments was the pool, which was advertised as an outdoor pool but turned out to be covered by perspex and quite stuffy.
